This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who interact with Crestline Bank in any capacity. This includes but is not limited to:

• All account holders with an active or previously active Crestline Bank account
• Players who have submitted a loan application, deposit request, or withdrawal request
• Anyone who has contacted our team through Discord support tickets or account channels
• Business account holders and firm representatives who have applied for a business loan
• Any DemocracyCraft player who uses or accesses our website or banking platform

This policy governs all personal information collected through our website, Discord server, and any other channel through which you interact with Crestline Bank. It also extends to services carried out on our behalf by any authorized third parties we work with.

In order to operate your account, process transactions, manage loans, and keep our services secure, we collect a range of information from you.

Identity and Account Information

• Your Minecraft username
• Your Discord username and Discord User ID
• Your in-game firm name, if you hold a business account
• Any pseudonym or alternative name you provide to us

Financial Information

• Your Crestline Bank account balance, including both checking and savings balances
• Full transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, interest payments, and transfers
• Loan applications, including the requested amount, repayment term, and stated purpose
• Loan repayment history, including on-time payments, missed payments, and any defaults
• Business financial information submitted as part of a business loan application

Communication and Usage Information

• Messages and submissions sent through Discord support tickets or account channels
• Online form submissions made through our website
• Any feedback, complaints, or disputes raised with our team
• Your preferences and history of service usage

We only use your information where there is a clear and legitimate reason to do so. The purposes for which we use your information include:

• Opening, maintaining, and managing your Crestline Bank account
• Processing deposit requests, withdrawal requests, and loan disbursements
• Calculating, applying, and paying out savings interest on your account
• Reviewing and approving or declining loan applications
• Tracking loan repayments and flagging overdue or defaulted accounts
• Verifying in-game payments made via the /firm pay command
• Authenticating your identity and keeping your account secure
• Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, or abuse of our services
• Communicating with you about your account, upcoming payments, or changes to our services
• Maintaining accurate financial records for our own administration and auditing
• Complying with any applicable rules, regulations, or obligations under DemocracyCraft server law or Redmont's legal system

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of Crestline Bank.

Crestline Bank does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. We only share your information in the limited situations described below.

DemocracyCraft Server Administration: Where required by DemocracyCraft staff or server administration in connection with server rules, investigations, or compliance obligations, we may be required to share relevant account information.

Redmont's Legal System: If a dispute is escalated to Redmont's Court System and account records are relevant to the matter, we may be required to provide information as part of that process.

Authorized Service Providers: If we use any third-party tools or platforms to help operate our services, those providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Business Transfers: In the event that Crestline Bank is transferred, merged, or restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that process. You will be notified in advance through our Discord announcements channel.

Standard Account

• Free to hold with no monthly maintenance fee
• Savings APY of 3% per year
• Loan access up to $5,000 at a 10% interest rate

Vault Account

• Monthly fee of $500 in-game currency
• Savings APY of 7% per year
• Loan access up to $25,000 at a 7% interest rate
• If the monthly fee is not paid, the account is automatically downgraded to a Standard Account after a one-week grace period

• Missing one payment will result in a warning on your account dashboard and an alert to our team.
• Missing two consecutive payments will result in a penalty interest rate increase on the outstanding loan balance.
• Missing three or more consecutive payments will result in your account being restricted, preventing new loan applications and withdrawals until the debt is resolved.
• Accounts that fully default on a loan may be publicly listed as defaulted within our Discord server.

You have the following rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please open a support ticket in the Crestline Bank Discord or @ mention a Bank Account Officer in your account channel.

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to request that any incorrect or outdated information be corrected
• The right to request the closure of your account and the handling of your data in accordance with our retention policy
• The right to use a pseudonym or not identify yourself in certain circumstances

When you close your account with Crestline Bank, we will retain your account information for a minimum of one month following closure. This retention period exists to allow us to resolve any outstanding disputes or loan balances, meet any obligations under DemocracyCraft server rules or Redmont law, and maintain accurate historical records.

After the minimum retention period has passed and all obligations have been fulfilled, your information will no longer be actively used or referenced.

Crestline Bank applies a range of measures to protect your data, including:

• Restricted access to account data, limited to authorised Crestline Bank staff only
• Secure access controls on our website and banking platform
• Regular reviews of our systems and processes to identify and address potential risks
• Confidentiality obligations on any third parties who handle data on our behalf

While we take every reasonable step to protect your information, no system is entirely without risk. If you have any concerns about the security of your account, please contact us immediately through a Discord support ticket.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services grow or change. When we make updates, the revised policy will be posted in our Discord announcements channel and will take effect from the date of publication.

Continued use of Crestline Bank's services following the publication of an updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

In the event of any dispute arising from this policy or from the operation of your Crestline Bank account, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation via a Discord support ticket.

If both parties are unable to reach an agreement through negotiation, the default forum for resolving the dispute shall be Redmont's Court System, as applicable under DemocracyCraft server law.
